OCCUPANCY:
Maximum of 4 people.

APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS:
Government-issued photo ID
Two most recent pay stubs
2-year rental history
Credit and criminal background screening

INCOME REQUIREMENT:
A minimum income of three times the rent is required.
Additionally, for applicants using a co-signer, the co-signer must
have an income double the requirement.

SECURITY DEPOSIT:
$150 - Two-month rent deposit

AMENITY & MOVE-IN FEES:
Amenity Fee $350.00, Move-In Fee $150.00

PET POLICY:
Non-refundable Pet Fee: $350, Pet Rent: $50 Per Pet

A maximum of two pets per residence is allowed. Weight and breed restrictions apply, with the option of having up to two cats or one cat and one dog.
